As part of our regional business development, we invite high caliber candidates to fill the following position:  

HR & Admin Assistant (f/m/d)

What you are in charge of:

  • Providing clerical support to HR department head
  • Handling the administration of staff leave, attendance record, roster and claims
  • Performing general office and administrative duties
  • Assisting in reports generation and ensure timely submission
  • Delivering of documents from main office across sites
  • Carry out other HR and admin related ad-hoc projects and assignments

What you offer:

  • Diploma or above in HR, Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent;
  • 1-2 yrs work experience is preferred
  • High proficiency with MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Flexible, energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible and able to take on multi-tasks
  • Good documentation and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Cantonese
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
