People. Values. Future.
As an internationally active company with a commitment to technological innovation, we offer a working environment that not only creates space for development, but also specifically promotes sustainable thinking and action. Every day, our employees work on solutions that enable a sustainable infrastructure – intelligently, efficiently, and responsibly. Through intercultural cooperation, we develop high-quality systems in mechanical engineering and conveyor technology that are used worldwide.
Our aim is to take joint responsibility – for our products, for sustainability, and for society. That is why we focus on a value-oriented corporate culture, long-term development prospects, and an environment that supports new ideas and enables individual growth. Those who work for us not only design products, but also shape the future of a sustainable industry.
Accessibility that connects: Elevator at St. Barbara daycare center modernized
Inclusion requires accessibility. For over 50 years, an elevator we installed has been supporting the educational work at the St. Barbara inclusive daycare center. Now, after extensive modernization, it is being put back into operation. The elevator is a central component of the daycare center's inclusive concept. It allows all children, regardless of physical limitations, to access all group rooms. This makes accessibility a part of everyday life, and every child can participate from the very beginning.

Cell phone collection campaign: Conserve resources, do good
Millions of unused old devices lie dormant in drawers – yet valuable resources can be saved through reuse and recycling. Lödige Industries has been donating decommissioned company cell phones to a good cause for years. A certified return and data deletion process ensures that the devices are handled securely.
Our take-back partner uses the proceeds to support the Missio project “Aktion Schutzengel” (Guardian Angel Campaign), which promotes human rights and sustainable development worldwide.
Christmas donation 2024
This year, we are once again supporting the Sterntaler – Hilfe für schwerkranke Kinder e.V. association in East Westphalia-Lippe with a donation of €5,000. The donation helps to relieve the burden on affected families in stressful life situations – for example, through travel subsidies, barrier-free conversions, or the fulfillment of heartfelt wishes.
As a company with strong regional ties, we are committed to promoting this work and recognizing the voluntary efforts involved.
