With RESPACE, drivers hand over their vehicle in a transfer cabin, and the parking system stores it and returns it on request. The parking area is used for parking spaces only, without ramps or driving aisles. Depending on the project, this can reduce the parking area by up to 60%. The same principle also applies to office buildings and mixed-use buildings.
Which system is right depends less on the building type than on the project itself. RESPACE comprises three systems, E-PUZZLE, E-ROLL and SHIFTER, and we assess with you which one fits your building.

The right system depends on the building footprint, the number of parking spaces, the required retrieval times and the number of spaces with charging points. The three RESPACE systems differ in how the vehicle is moved, on sliding pallets, on pallets on rollers or by robot without a pallet. With MAX, drivers park the vehicle on a platform themselves, and the parking solution organises the parking spaces.

Transport: the driver parks on a platform, the parking solution moves it vertically or sideways
Layout: single-row or multi-row systems, can be integrated into an underground car park with a driving aisle
Particularly suitable where drivers park themselves and an underground car park is to hold more parking spaces
