What you are in charge of:
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and objectives. Develop innovative and practical layouts for material handling equipment systems
- Detailed design of mechanical components and assemblies
- Cooperate with other teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and control systems
- Ensure that all mechanical designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
What you offer:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering/relevant discipline
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar tools) and MS Office
- BIM Revit and MS project software skills will be an advantage
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in mechanical design, preferably in the material handling industry
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations related to material handling equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Mechanical, MEP, and steelwork design and installation experience is a plus
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
