Ideally, a qualified secondary school leaving certificate is a prerequisite for an apprenticeship at Lödige Industries.
You should also enjoy working with technology and as part of a team, and have an interest in the apprenticeship programme.
- When applying for an apprenticeship at Lödige Industries, the first step is to apply for your preferred apprenticeship place by submitting the required documents.
- The next step is to send us your complete application documents (cover letter, CV, relevant certificates) via the link in the job advertisement.
- We will then review your application documents and, if you are suitable, you will receive an invitation from us to an introductory interview.
- If, following the introductory interview, there is mutual interest in an apprenticeship, you will sign your contract.
There are no application deadlines, but you should apply as soon as possible to secure your preferred place. You’ll find the vacancies for our apprenticeship programmes every year from the summer onwards in our job listings or via the link here on the apprenticeships page.
If we invite you to an introductory interview, you’ve already cleared the first hurdle. During the interview, we’d like to get to know you personally and give you the chance to get to know us too. Just be yourself and show us what you’re capable of. Please feel free to ask questions as well.
The probationary period at Lödige Industries GmbH is 3 months.
Depending on your school-leaving qualifications or any specific prior knowledge, your apprenticeship can be shortened to 2.5 years in consultation with your trainer. If you demonstrate above-average performance during your apprenticeship, it may be shortened further.
At Lödige Industries, we want to make a difference together in the long term, which is why we offer you good prospects of being taken on permanently after your apprenticeship. Once you’ve gained a few years’ professional experience, we’ll offer you plenty of opportunities for career development.
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, there are several options available to you for further training. If your performance is excellent, you can discuss your further training options with your line manager.
Among other things, you have the option of qualifying as a master craftsman, a technician, a technical specialist or a business administrator, either immediately after your apprenticeship or after a few years’ professional experience.
