What you are in charge of:
- To be responsible for centralized procurement, purchasing and supply management for our offices in Asia
- Work closely with our German Headquarter, engineering, quality assurance and the project Managers throughout the Project lifecycles
- Further develop supply chain network. To develop, maintain and up-date existing data for products/suppliers/services as well as to identify and analyse potential products/suppliers vendors
- To source new vendors and suppliers and build up effective supply management networks and systems
- Expand the supplier base and ensure their qualities in terms of order lead time, price & quality
- Responsible for the negotiation of price, terms and conditions with suppliers.
What you offer:
- Bachelor degree holder in Purchasing / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 4-6 years solid sourcing and procurement experience in large scale projects in a multinational environment
- Global sourcing insights and strong assessing supplier capabilities
- Experience in sourcing of Material Handling Equipment or services would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical ,sourcing, planning and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel when required
