News from Lödige Industries Campus

Our vision — "Creating a meeting point"

Lödige Industries is investing in the future and is building the ultra-modern Lödige Industries Campus at Balhorner Feld 1 in Paderborn to develop the technical solutions of tomorrow. The new 4,000 m² office complex will serve as a communication centre and meeting point for the more than 1,300 employees working around the world. With its proximity to research institutions and tech companies, the Lödige Industries Campus will enable faster integration of the latest technologies into the Lödige Industries product portfolio and increase its attractiveness for (young) talents from the region.

Dr. Rudolf Lödige emphasises that the tradition of innovation will be continued by creating an international and modern working environment. The Lödige Industries Campus is scheduled for completion in 2026.

The new campus will offer a modern working environment that includes open working areas for joint projects and quiet areas for concentrated work. Meeting spaces will be created to promote dialogue between international employees, partners and customers. With light-flooded office landscapes and an appealing, innovative design, the aim is to create an inspiring and productive working environment that meets current and future requirements.

Use of the Technology & Innovation Center

The Technology and Innovation Centre can still be used for testing, training and customer visits. However, a certain amount of construction noise is also to be expected in the existing hall from the start of construction.

The demolition of the office fittings in the hall will take place from December 2024 or January 2025. During this time, only limited use of the Technology and Innovation Centre will be possible. We will inform you accordingly.

Location CCC & Service

Our colleagues from Service and our Customer Care Centre have been located on the first floor of Balhorner Feld 18 since July (right-hand Leniger building opposite Balhorner Feld 28).

Please note: This location will only be used temporarily until the move to the new building.

Our team on site

Lödige Industries is relying on the general building contractor Althoff Industrie- und Verwaltungsbau GmbH from Meschede to realise the construction project. Althoff specialises in innovative office landscapes as well as individual, sustainable and sophisticated industrial and administrative buildings. As site manager, Mr Oleg Zoller will coordinate the various trades and supervise the construction site on site (pictured left).

Ingenieurbüro Driller will support Lödige Industries throughout the construction phase as an expert contact partner for all construction-related issues. Since it was founded in 1984, Ingenieurbüro Driller has developed into one of the most highly staffed and efficient engineering firms in East Westphalia. Dipl.-Ing. Franz Driller is personally available to us with his expertise during the construction phase (in the picture: centre).

Our man on site is Andreas Blömeke, who will be familiar to many of our colleagues. Mr Blömeke has already helped build our plant in Romania and can look back on decades of work for Lödige with a diverse and extensive wealth of experience in numerous major projects. He has been Head of the Technology and Innovation Centre since 1 April 2024 and represents the Lödige construction team on site (pictured right).
