The cyber security of our products is already an integral part of our development processes. With a view to the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and future regulatory requirements, we want to further professionalise and strategically expand our existing structures. As a Cyber Security Manager (m/f/d), you will actively shape this path and play a key role in the further development of our cyber security management.
Tasks
- Further development and implementation of our company-wide cyber security strategy for digital products.
- Definition and implementation of processes for vulnerability management, risk assessment and secure product development.
- Establishment of guidelines for secure-by-default configurations, updateability and secure decommissioning.
- Supporting the development teams in integrating security guidelines into design, implementation and testing.
- Promoting a company-wide security culture through training, workshops and awareness measures.
- Ensuring compliance with the CRA and relevant standards (e.g. IEC 62443, BSI TR-03183).
Qualifications
- Degree in IT security, computer science, engineering or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in product or IT security, ideally in an industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2).
- Experience in setting up and operating security processes and teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
