Office Assistant (m/f/d)

to join our busy UK head office team in Egham, Surrey. 

 

Your tasks include:

  • Answering/transferring telephone calls
  • Carry out office administration including preparation of purchase orders, filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Organise travel arrangement 
  • Preparing company documents and issuing to service engineers
  • Assist accounts with invoices and credit control    
  • Updating computer records and using customer portals to upload company information

 

Your profile: 

  • Good telephone manner 
  • Flexible in job approach 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to work on own initiative 
  • Ability to work to deadlines under pressure 
  • Work from own initiative with minimum supervision 
  • Work as a team member 
  • Computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office

Salary range £16,000-£18,000 


Full time role: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30.pm
