Swissport celebrates the opening of second cargo centre in Vienna and presents the future of air freight handling

Lödige Industries informs on automated terminals and the use of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).

At an event to mark the opening of the new cargo centre on 19.5.2022 in Vienna, Swissport's Global Operations Team also presented current projects under the aspects of pharmaceuticals, automation, digitalisation and sustainability. In this context, we were also pleased to present on Swissport's new terminal at Cargo City Süd in Frankfurt, opened in 2020, with an automated ETV system from Lödige Industries as well as the recently delivered AGV.
